Rebuild Neuropathy Treatment Center is a physician-supervised neuropathy practice under the medical direction of Dr. Cedric Emden Davis II, MD, Medical Director. Treatment is delivered in clinic. Candidacy is determined at an in-person evaluation, and the modality combination is selected only after the root cause has been identified.
